Members understand that this is a membership site with dues that are due to be paid each billing period and that to facillitate transactions, all billing is automated as recurring billing. This means that if you pay monthly, your card will be billed each month on the due date, possibly without further notification. Members are under no obligation for any period other than the current billing period and may cancel at any time, understanding that such cancellation will end all member privileges.
When posting your company information:
We accept ONLY companies selling computer-related products. If posting as a 'Supplier' company, you must be in the business of offering WHOLESALE prices to computer resellers and that must be your main business. We reserve the right to remove listings that do not comply with these rules and / or to move a company's listing from Supplier to Reseller (and vice versa). We also reserver the right to edit these listings and to remove any wording that we consider irrelevant, or inappropriate. Due to the expense of making such changes, there will be no refunds for companies who violate our policy and have their listings removed, moved or altered or wish them cancelled.
The Resellers Source Kit, rs-kit.com, or Disk-Count Data, disclaims any and all responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, any customer data stored on our system, or for any consequential damages related to such loss, damage, or unavailability. The Resellers Source Kit, rs-kit.com, or Disk-Count Data, are provided with no warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall The Resellers Source Kit, rs-kit.com, or Disk-Count Data, be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages including, without limitation, loss of data or profits, regardless of whether The Resellers Source Kit, rs-kit.com, or Disk-Count Data, has been advised of the risk of such damages in advance. By using our services at any time, you unconditionally agree to indemnify and hold harmless, The Resellers Source Kit, rs-kit.com, Disk-Count Data, from and against loss, suit, damage or claim including reasonable attorney's fees.
rs-kit.com retains ownership and all rights to The Resellers Source Kit, Disk-Count Data, logos, trademarks, software, trade secrets, databases, reports, and all aspectsof rs-kit.com Web site.

You or we may terminate your account at any time. If it is determined there has been fraudulent information submitted by member, we reserve the right to terminate membership immediately with no further notification. Additionally, if suppliers we profile in the Resellers Source Kit complain about members providing them with fraudulent information, this could be reason for termination of membership. Our service is intended to both help computer resellers and the suppliers we profile. We will not jeopardize losing a valuable supplier that serious resellers can benefit from.
You will not create an account, or submit a free company profile which is non-computer related, or racist or of violent content or to post information about a site that appears to be designed to promote any non-computer related content, be it, adult, racist or of violent content. Such information will be deleted without notice or refund.
Membership:
We reserve the right to suspend accounts where we detect simultaneous logins. Your membership allows you to access our database from a single location at a time. If we determine that there has been abuse in this area (for instance, your login is posted publicly, etc.) we may cancel your account. Your membership allows you to access our online database but you agree to not copy, redistribute, share or use this data in any way except for the purpose for which it is intended and for a single business only. If you own multiple businesses that will be using this data, you agree to purchase multiple memberships or not to share the information with any other business.
You may cancel your subscription at any time that is at least three days prior to the end of a billing period. We reserve the right to also deactivate accounts for failure to pay.
